Course Objective

With the marijuana trailer expected to be passed this week and signed into law, there will be changes in the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act even before it becomes effective on January 1, 2020. 

Those changes are mostly good for law enforcement. ILACP is putting together some training sessions to help you implement the new law and to get police departments and state’s attorneys on the same page when it comes to enforcement.
