Course Objective

The use of CBD has exploded with oils, lotions and other hemp-based products popping up in stores across Illinois. Learn the uses and benefits of growing industrial hemp as a crop.

Current legislation in Illinois will help give the law enforcement audience a nice introduction to the legalities of hemp production. The public and law enforcement continue to link hemp with marijuana, this seminar will show you the difference.

About the Instructor

Becca Dwyer is an industrial hemp grower from here in Woodford county. She will be discussing the agricultural side of the process. Touching on the uses and benefits of growing industrial hemp as a crop.

Bill Bodine is with the Illinois Farm Bureau in the Governmental Affairs sector. He will speak on current legislation in Illinois .

Rachel Berry runs the Illinois Hemp Growers Association. She will discuss CBD production in particular, as well as touch on the industry side of things.
