Course Objective

The Federal 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has imposed new stricter guidelines for search and other warrants.

This course will assist, inform, and update law enforcement on the legal requirements to obtain a federal search warrant and the requirements for successful adoption of state search warrants for use in federal prosecutions.
