Course Objective
The purpose of this “Training for Trainers” course is to assist you in building and improving skills for developing and presenting training in your agency.
Course Content
  1. Adult learning theory
  2. Developing student performance objectives
  3. Writing lesson plans
  4. Constructing test and alternative means of evaluation
  5. Use of audio-visual aids
  6. Locating and developing instructional materials
  7. Classroom management skills
  8. Management of training within organizations

Any instructor that is responsible for planning and delivering training.
