Course Size:  Maximum – 16
Course Objective

This course is designed to supplement the officer’s prior skills in police driving and gives added training for officers to improve on current driving practices.

This two day training will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maneuver ability of the police cars in evasive actions
  •  Maneuver ability of the police cars in low speed backing, parking, and braking in limited spaces.
  • Enhancement in the student’s visual perception and vehicle placement skills
Materials Needed for Course

Officers need to bring the following:

  1.             Squad Car (One Car for Every Two Officers)
  2.              A spare tire
  3.              Extra funding to purchase gasoline if needed
